Does the Vatican maintain a "standard" of Scripture

Does the Vatican maintain a complete set of documents, in the original languages, that is to be considered "scripture"? If so, where? And how are secondary standards made available? The analogy in physics would be a primary standard maintained by a national or international organization (NIST/ISO).

I think there is a copy of the bible that goes back to the time of Constantine which is the world's oldest "complete" bible: Codex Vaticanus, B

Which does contain the deuterocanonical books.

I think that the "originals" are scattered throughout the world.
